New Mixtape From Telephoned

Telephoned offers new mixtape to fans before tour with Chromeo

Telephoned is back with some new, free music.  Just before Telephoned joins Chromeo on their national tour, the duo released a new mixtape for fans to bump to before they hit their hometown.  Keep Their Heads Ringing follows Telephoned’s “not-quite-cover songs” style, taking tracks from Rhianna, Jay-Z, Donnis, and Chelley and warping them into something entirely new.  You can download Keep Their Heads Ringing here.  Check out when Telephoned plans on hitting your ‘hood through the Fool’s Gold website.

Tera Melos Release New Video

Tera Melos release video for "The Skin Surf."

Genre jumping Tera Melos have released the first video off of their yet to be released (September 7) Patagonian Rats. Behn Fannin directed “The Skin Surf,” and the quirky video looks like it was mad quite a long time ago.

The sound is poppier than Tera Melos’ usual stuff, as Tera Melos is usually known for crazy chord structures and time shifts. Vocalist Nick Reinhart once referred to their music as something only a wizard could decipher.

The Suzan Announce Debut Album on Fool's Gold

Japanese punk-pop act the Suzan release new single from debut album
