New Music From Hot Hot Heat
Hot Hot Heat give people another taste of the new album.
This may or may not be hard to believe, but “Goddess On A Prairie” is the first positive love song that Hot Hot Heat frontman Steve Bays has penned. Not just for this album – but ever. “Goddess On A Prairie” is one of the new tracks off of Future Breeds, set to hit stores June 8. The guys of Hot Hot Heat not only beat their own studio for this musical endeavor, but Bays did all the grunt work by engineering and producing. Have a listen to “Goddess On A Prairie” below.

The Thermals Prep New Album "Personal Life"
The Thermals set to release ‘Personal Life’ on September 7.
The Thermals and Chris Walla have a nice long history together, starting as early as 2003 when Walla mixed the first Thermals LP. And now, the dynamic duo are once again teamed up for the release of The Thermals’ new album Personal Life, due out September 7th on Kill Rock Stars.
Personal Life gets a little more, well, personal. Focusing lyrics on love and the lies that come with it, ditching their past topic matter such as politics and death. The Thermals will be hitting the road in July – with the tour dates below.
July 1 - Calgary, AB @ Distillery - Sled Island Festival
July 2 - Calgary, AB @ Olympic Plaza - Sled Island Festival
July 3 - Calgary, AB @ Republik - Sled Island Festival
July 5 - Chicago, IL @ Jay Pritzker Pavillion - Millenium Park
September 6 - Seattle, WA @ Bumbershoot Festival
September 9 - Portland, OR @ Crystal Ballroom - Music Fest NW

Broken Bells Release Music Video For "The Ghost Inside."
Broken Bells brings Christina Hendricks in for "The Ghost Inside."
Broken Bells released their new space age music video for their single "The Ghost Inside" yesterday and already it's receiving a lot of buzz. The video itself is like Firefly meets a happier 2001. But I could be thinking this because "Mad Men" hottie Christina Hendricks stars as an android traveling through space trying to reach her resort planet destination. Jamer Mercer and Brian Burton also make an appearance as two space explorers who discover Hendricks's ship floating in space. Beautiful imagery accompanied by a beautiful woman and a bad ass song - what more could you ask for? Take a look at "The Ghost Inside" below.
