Violens rework 'Acid Reign' for new split 7 inch
Violens is preparing to release their debut album Amoral soon but aren't leaving fans hanging out to dry waiting for new material. The New York-based trio contributed to a split 7" single with Twin Shadow as the second installment of split 7" series. For this single Violens reworked their single from Amoral "Acid Reign" into a 80s synth dream world. Compared to the original frenzied version, the new version is better suited for your school dance - if you go to the cool alternative school that doesn't mind the f-bomb being dropped in song. The digital version of the split 7" is available now for download, while the vinyl version is due September 28 and is available for pre-order now.
