If soundtracks were babies then we'd all say
A lofi soundtrack for a lofi feeling movie.

A word of warning before you listen to the Juno soundtrack - if you don't enjoy the quirky sounds of Kimya Dawson, former member of The Moldy Peaches, chances are that you won't like this album. However, if you don't like quirkiness, why are you seeing this movie in the first place?
There are a few wonderful times when a soundtrack so perfectly embodies a movie that you can't imagine the film meaning anything without it. This is the case with Juno. From the opening credits twang of Barry Louis Polisar's "All I Want is You" to the heartfelt Moldy Peaches "Anyone Else But You" end, the music flows from scene to scene with remarkable ease.
Dawson is the main player on this soundtrack, contributing six of her own songs, in addition to the Moldy Peaches track. Her offbeat, yet truly touching lyrics and simple melodies are a natural complement to awkward interactions between Juno and the rest of the world. While I'd like to have two or three songs that sum up the soundtrack and are a must-listen, I can’t do that-all of these songs add a different feeling to each scene. As a result, owning the whole album is a must.
