HolySons Announces Details About Ninth Studio Album

HolySons releases details about new album, prepares for tour with Scout Niblett

HolySons may not sound familiar but have been around longer than most bands nowadays.  Emil Amos started HolySons in 1992 and has since then recorded over 1000 songs in his home studio.  His solo efforts have never been as well publicized as his work in Om and Grails but HolySons has developed a dedicated underground fan base through word of mouth.  Amos is releasing his ninth studio album Survivalist Tales in October and for the first time promoting his project publically through a US tour with Scout Niblett.  Despite being around for so long, this is HolySon's first legitimate tour.  Survivalist Tales is the point of no return for Amos, who takes his music to the brink of electronic bliss.  With descriptions that promise "Blade Runner-esque moog music" it sounds like HolySons is going the distance with their new album.  Survivalist Tales comes out October 12 on Partisan Records.
