Yeasayer Debuts Video, Single For 'O.N.E.'
Yeasayer announces exclusive Record Store Day 12
Yeasayer confirmed the release of their second single "O.N.E." off of Odd Blood this week, just in time for it to be featured as a limited press 12" at this year's Record Store Day. The 12" will have the original verision of "O.N.E.," a demo version, an instrumental, and a remix of the single done by XXXchange. Accompanying this news was the debut of the band's new music video for "O.N.E.," directed by Radical Friend. Radical Friend previously directed Yeasayer's video for "Ambling Alp," and if you're familiar with the content from that video you know that the video for "O.N.E." is bound to be just as strange. Set in a post-apocolyptic LA, it features the band acting as the Mad Maxes of this new industrial wasteland. Odd Blood is out now on Secretly Canadian, and you can pick up the exclusive single "O.N.E." on Record Store Day on Saturday, April 18th.
