Rogue Wave Releases New Single From Permalight
"Solitary Gun" signals a new style for Rogue Wave
Rogue Wave has released their second single from their upcoming album Permalight, due out March 2nd on Brushfire Records. “Solitary Gun” will be the opening track on Rogue Wave's fourth album and signals a huge step in the band's sound. After Zack Rogue had a freak accident that had him bed-ridden and in extreme pain for over three months, he made a conscious decision to move forward with the band's sound. “When I started writing I wanted to make a record that was a little more up, a record you could move your body to because I couldn’t move for so long,” Rogue said. “I told Pat [Spurgeon] I wanted to make a total dance album.” “Solitary Gun” is just that – a total departure from the Rogue Wave that previously existed.
