New Music From The Morning After Girls

The Morning After Girls try to become 'Part Of Your Nature.'

There's a joyous sound popping up from the down under underground.  Melbourne, Australia's The Morning After Girls latest album, Alone, is a vibrant collection of dreamy psych rock sure to please shoe gazers and jingle jangle freaks alike.  Combining the sugar sweet harmonies of The Byrds and the simple pop structure of Noel Gallagher, lead singer Sasha Lucashenko is definitely a song-writing talent to keep a keen eye on.

Hailed by contemporaries ranging from The Dandy Warhols to the BJM, The Morning After Girls have a sound that is so immediate and so face meltingly good it's hard not to imagine them standing in front of 50,000 screaming fans at a stadium near you. Oh, and did I mention Alone is available on iTunes for a mere pittance of five bucks?

The Morning After Girls are currently on tour with drone gods The Warlocks.
