Gogol Bordello - "The Last Wish of The Bride" - The self-proclaimed Gypsy-punks are back at it again with an eclectic, high-energy blend of Eastern European folk traditions and a modern sensibility. "The Last Wish of The Bride" starts off with an old-world dance beat, and later kicks in horns, more drums, flute and vocals. The ultimate result is what "world music" would sound like if it were actually fun to listen to.

Jens Lekman - "I'm Leaving You Because I Don't Love You" - The Swedish singer-songwriter layers a variety of different sounds together into a tale of what was never meant to be. Combining an old-timey piano riff, high-pitched backing vocals, electronic drumbeats, snaps and Lekman's vocals, he creates a gorgeous pop gem remniscent of Paul Simon and The Magnetic Fields.

MY!GAY!HUSBAND! - "Feist Hearts Hollywood Holt (My Moon, My Man remix)" - Despite having one of the worst DJ'ing names imaginable, the Vancouver-based IHEARTCOMIX approved remix duo crafts some mighty fine mashups. Taking Feist's first single of her new album and adding the beat from Hollywood Holt's "Bang That" turns the pleasant tune into a club-worthy jam. Randomly throw in a sample from Cajmere's "The Percolator" and you have yourself a dance party.
